Michael quickly determined that the leak was inside the house, found the source, and had it repaired in no time. I really appreciated the prompt, professional, and friendly service. I was having a difficult month with home repairs when my dishwasher went out. Called late at night and talked with Jennifer who then talked with Michael over the phone he discussed how to turn the water off. They arrived the next day and fixed the issue and even came to the store to help with getting the right dishwasher. A few weeks later I called him again to help with my mud sink. Very reasonable prices and great work. Also very friendly, his wife is the best! Great communication!

I have had Michael Jr. at my home twice. The first time to replace all of a showers hardware and to fix my toilet which kept running water after flushing. He was prompt on arriving, extremely neat and clean as he worked. He is very knowledgeable and was sure to explain all he was doing and why. I was very satisfied with his service and fair pricing! From the time I call the office and spoke to Jennifer until completion of the job, this is a very professional business. The second time he was used was to fix my toilet which would not flush correctly.once again he was prompt on getting to me and we experienced the same professional service from him at a very affordable price. I recommend his services highly and will absolutely use him again if I need plumbing work done at my house. Thank you Michael and Jennifer!

The were here in the time frame allotted, very reasonably priced off what I was expecting, fast, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in doing a good repair vs a 'cheap' repair that would just need to be addressed again later. Will definitely use them again for plumbing needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others in need. 10 of 10, without reservation.
